These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) and AppEvents Technologies LLC doing business as Amerigone (“Amerigone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying for, paying for, or using an Amerigone membership or any Amerigone services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not apply for or use Amerigone services.
Amerigone operates a curated, membership-based wellness and professional networking club offering a range of services to its members. These include access to moderated community forums and discussion channels, regular workshops and educational sessions led by experts, virtual meetups and small-group gatherings, local in-person events, on-demand recordings and curated resource libraries, opportunities for personalized coaching and specialized programs, as well as priority access and member benefits for exclusive events and experiences.
Membership fee: One-time membership fee of USD $1,999 (the “Fee”), unless otherwise published on our site at the time of purchase.
The Fee is charged once at acceptance of membership and grants the Member access for a 6-month term beginning on the date of payment (the “Membership Term”).
Payments are processed by our payment partners. Payment methods accepted are listed at checkout. We do not place recurring membership charges on cards for the annual membership unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Applicable sales, VAT, GST or other taxes are the Member’s responsibility; where required, taxes will be shown at checkout or invoiced.

If a payment is declined, we may suspend access and take reasonable collection actions.
Membership is by application. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application in our sole discretion.
For higher-value memberships we require identity verification (government-issued photo ID) and may perform basic fraud screening.
The services are available only to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By accessing or using the services, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. Any application submitted by an individual under the age of 21 will be automatically rejected, and the application will not be processed again once the individual reaches the legal age.
Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and only valid for the named Member unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
We aim for clear, fair refund rules. By applying and paying you agree to the following refund policy:
All Members must comply with our Code of Conduct and policies posted on the site. Members agree to respectful, lawful, and constructive participation.
We moderate forums, events, and member interactions. We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or terminate any Member for violations, including harassment, illegal activity, or conduct that harms the community.
Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued. If we terminate without cause, we may grant a prorated refund at our discretion consistent with Section 4.
Some sessions, coaching, retreats or vendor services may be provided by third parties and may carry additional fees. All such fees and cancellation terms will be disclosed in the event listing or booking flow.
We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for third-party services.
Amerigone and/or our licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Services, site content, trademarks, logos, recordings, materials, and other proprietary content. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use materials for personal, non-commercial use during the Membership Term.
Members may not copy, distribute, resell, publicly perform, or create derivative works from Amerigone content without prior written permission.
Content, coaching, workshops and forums are for educational and community support purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health or legal advice. Always seek qualified professionals for medical or mental health emergencies. By participating you acknowledge you are responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions.
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and share personal information. By joining you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification and basic fraud prevention. We may share limited payment/transaction data with processors for settlement and fraud monitoring.
By joining you consent to receive transactional and account-related communications. You may opt out of marketing emails in your account settings, subject to any transactional messages required for membership or billing.
Members may request cancellation in writing. We may suspend accounts for payment issues, suspected fraud, or Code of Conduct violations. Reactivation is subject to resolution of outstanding issues.
Limitation of liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMERIGONE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED 50% OF THE MOST RECENT 6-MONTH MEMBERSHIP FEE PAID BY YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL AMERIGONE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amerigone and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Informal resolution: Before initiating a formal claim, Members must first contact billing@amerigone.com to attempt informal resolution.
We may modify Services or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., email and/or site notice). Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may not assign, transfer or sublicense your membership without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, sale, or corporate reorganization.
Acknowledgment: By applying for or paying for a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
